Ah, Europe; the continent of culture, history, art, fine cuisine. A model of how different countries can work together as one. There's a lot to
like about Europe, and the team behind this casino clearly agree that it merits a theme. EuroPlays, by its very name, is associating itself
with such heady ideals, but can it live up to those amiable standards or will this new (as of February 2026) up-start casino start to show the cracks
that are purportedly starting to appear in its geographic namesake? Read-on as Ugambling gets all political in its assessment of EuroPlays.
Interface
The team at this online casino haven't gone quite as far as having 'Ode to Joy' playing at full volume when you load-up EuroPlays, but the colour
scheme clearly invokes images of the famous 12-star flag - dark blue and a deep yellow are the order of the day. It really works well to create a
distinctive feel to this casino, and we can't think of any other casinos using this colour pallet.
The actual layout - while slightly unimaginative - is very clear and simple to use and works all the better with the distinctive colour scheme
mentioned earlier. Action buttons are clearly defined and easy to see without having to scroll through the lobby. Games are sorted in a clear grid
of 5 columns, with the categories clearly highlighted above them. We like the fact that the categories remain along the top of the visible screen
when scrolling down - as do the search box and game provider categories. The whole casino feels like its been well designed for navigation, which is
why we can easily forgive the overall generic layout.
Mobile players will be equally happy with the interface of EuroPlays, which works like a charm on all smartphones and tablets we tested it on. The
menu is, again, easy to navigate, and the games icons are all of a suitable size for even the stubbiest of fingers.
All-in-all; EuroPlays has done a good job in-terms of design and branding, however; there's one thing abut the interface which seems a little
disappointing, given the name of the casino: it is only available in 3 languages (English, German & Swedish) Surely a casino which goes to such lengths
to evoke images of the European Union could support a few more European languages?
Games
Being a ProgressPlay casino; a good selection of slots games was a certainty. EuroPlays does not disappoint in the slots department, with a large
selection that's bound to include something for everyone. Providers include NetEnt, Microgaming, NextGen and many, many more; and it's clear to see
that the list is being updated on a regular basis, including all of the top slots from these providers. It is slightly disappointing, though not
unexpected, that there are no exclusive slots, though these are usually reserved only for the biggest online casinos, of which EuroPlays isn't quite one...
Yet.
Besides slots; there is a selection of live dealer and classic casino games. The selection isn't huge but should have something for most players to enjoy.
'Dolphin's Roulette' was a pretty fun live dealer game, though if you want a truly mad-cap traditional casino game, Ugambling can thoroughly recommend
'Mike Tyson Roulette' at this particular online casino.
Cashier
Straight-away, we are happy to answer your most important question. Yes; of course, EuroPlays accepts deposits/withdrawals in Euros - we probably wouldn't
be able to forgive them if they had the audacity to use the word "Euro" in their name without accepting that currency. Well, maybe we could just about
forgive them, but only because the Ugambling team plays in GBP. On-top of Euros; EuroPlays allows players to use their accounts in GBP, AUD, CAD, NZD and
USD - a more than acceptable list of currencies, we're sure you'll agree.
Equally agreeable is the selection of deposit and withdrawal methods available at this casino, as is the easy in which balances and payment histories can
be viewed - EuroPlays gets all of the basics right. Unfortunately, however; the withdrawal pending period of 3 days means that it'll likely take you about
as much time to get your withdrawals as it does for the actual European Union to agree on a financial budget (that's usually quite a long time, for those
who are unfamiliar with European politics!) Joking aside; once the pending period is over, our funds were received to our accounts in good time. Ugambling
recommends Skrill or Neteller as the most efficient deposit/withdrawal methods.
Customer Service
EuroPlays provided us with some top-quality customer service when we contacted them via their live chat support service. The support agent was friendly,
had a sense of humour (sadly lacking from many other live support agents), and managed to give answers which made sense. The support service is supposedly
available 24 hours a day and, while we did not check its availability constantly over a 24-hour period; it was available on the 4 occasions we did try to
contact them. If talking to a live human being is not your cup of tea, then there is the option of sending an email. Email responses were generally received
within 2 to 3 hours of our initial enquiries, which is very good.
Promotions
New players at EuroPlays can be sure of a warm welcome when they join. Not only will the be granted access to a decent selection of games, but they will also
be treated to a deposit match and some bonus spins. Of course, Ugambling cannot recommend a casino purely based on the welcome offers available but, with so
many other casinos offering overly-complex welcome packages, it's great to see EuroPlays keeping things so simple with their offer. As is common to casinos
in this particular group; opting out of promotions is not as easy as it could be, but that is a very minor complaint.
Returning players are not left out of the promotional offers either - with a range of ongoing and seasonal bonuses available for players meeting certain criteria.
At the time of writing, such offers include "Summer Sizzler" and "Football Frenzy" (the 2026 football World Cup is currently in full-swing). Again; these
promotions are not likely to be enough on their own to tempt players to EuroPlays, however; they do a fine job at complimenting the other features of this
online casino.
Licensing
Although not sticking to theme in every sense, when it comes to licensing at least, EuroPlays plays it very sensibly with 2 good quality European licenses. The
UKGC and MGA licenses (United Kingdom Gambling Commission and Malta Gaming Authority, for the uninitiated) are both highly-respected gaming licenses which offer a
great level of protection for players. Even better; it means that the casino can accept players from a lot of different European (and non-European) countries, which
plays well into the name and theme of the casino.
Conclusion
For one thing; we really loved the colour scheme of EuroPlays - it just looks really good, unique and certainly doesn't distract from the core gaming experience. Yes;
there isn't much else to the theme other than using the same colour scheme of the European Union, however; when the casino contains such a respectable selection of
games, wrapped-up in an intuitive interface, all can be forgiven when it comes to the lack of a deep theme. EuroPlays is undoubtedly a good casino, no matter if you
are from Europe or the rest of the world.
